How it Works

STEP 1
Muscle Activation Techniques - M.A.T®

Identify and treat muscle imbalances

Assess and corrected muscle imbalances that may cause limitations in range of motion and joint instability. Identify what specific muscles are weak or dormant and develop exercise plan.

STEP 2
Strengthening
& Conditioning

Start your personalized exercise program to build on M.A.T® findings

Based off MAT® findings an exercise program will be implemented to increase strength, stability and muscle contraction capabilities allowing MAT® treatments to hold longer.

STEP 3
Maintenance
& Longevity

Develop Your Ongoing Plan

In the maintenance phase a home training program will be developed and implemented providing the tools needed to continue improving on one’s health and fitness goals.
